Community Room at Station 4

The fire and rescue station located at 41 W Loudoun Street in Round Hill features a 2,500 square foot community room available for public meetings, trainings, and other approved uses.

The community room is operated and managed by our partners at the Loudoun County Combined Fire and Rescue System (LC-CFRS). Information regarding permitted uses, availability, and reservation requests can be found through the county website.

Please note that the volunteer company does not manage the community room, reservations, scheduling, or access to the space.

General Information 
1.  The Round Hill Station Community Room is available for use by not-for-profit groups/organizations for meeting purposes.
2.  Use of the Community Room for private events is not permitted. The term “private events” includes, but is not limited to, birthday/anniversary/ graduation parties, baby/wedding showers, private dinners and wedding receptions.
3. The room is available for use between the hours of 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM.
4.  A fee will not be charged for use of the room.
5. The Community Room contains the following items for use: large TV displays with speaker system and room microphones for rich content presentation capability, Clickshare wireless video conferencing (PC and Mac) allowing seamless, user-friendly connection to the room from county owned and non-county computers and Microsoft Teams room capability to allow a video conferencing session.
6. The group or individual is responsible for setup and cleanup of the room and furniture.  Appropriate time before and after the meeting for these purposes should be included in the booking time.
